Pack Your Items
Securely place the jewelry in its original Serge DeNimes pouch and box to prevent any damage during transit.
Generate Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
